How do I get replacement parts (mounting hardware) for Google Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen

While installing my Google Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen I have lost the Base of the Thermostat (the base with the blue bubble level). I have searched everywhere and it cannot be found and without this base, I am unable to attach my Thermostat to a stand or to the wall.

I would like to buy a replacement for the Thermostat base but cannot see where to do that. Is there any way I can get a replacement?

You can buy just the base for the Learning thermostat but they are out of stock right now.

It does not see any network.  When you said if everything else fails, do a reset..... well I have done this multiple times before trying all the extra things being asked to check.
