How do I know if I'm enrolled in seasonal savings?

We were enrolled in seasonal savings for the last season. Some days were really hot and we had to cave and touch the thermostat but we got through most days just fine. I have two households of thermostats on my app.  I got a notification for one to join seasonal savings for this upcoming season but not the other and I'm not sure if the other is enrolled. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi Klrezz1973,

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you have multiple households of thermostats on your Nest app, and you received a notification for one household to join seasonal savings for the upcoming season while the other household did not receive the notification, it's possible that the enrollment for seasonal savings is managed independently for each household. To confirm if the other household is enrolled in seasonal savings, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Nest app on your device.
  2. Select the household that you want to check.
  3. Navigate to the thermostat settings for that household.
  4. Look for an option related to seasonal savings or energy-saving programs.
  5. If the option is present and enabled, it indicates that the thermostat is enrolled in seasonal savings. If the option is not present or disabled, it suggests that the thermostat may not be enrolled.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Zoe

Hi Zoe! Thank you for your reply. I am unable to find any of this information in the app.

Hi there,

I see. Thanks for letting me know. Let's do it this way.

  1. Open the Nest app.
  2. Tap your thermostat and select History.
  3. If Seasonal Savings is running or active, you will see how many days remain and a Stop button that means that your thermostat is enrolled with Seasonal Savings.

Keep us posted.

Regards,

Zoe
