I started a warranty claim on May 9th for my Google Nest and haven't heard back from anyone.
I bought and I stalled it in October. In December (on Christmas eve) it went off and would not come back on. I've tried various solutions to get it to power back on and also had a professional AC tech take a look at it but it will not come back on. So I finally filed the claim 5 days ago and haven't heard a word back. Very disappointing.
