How to Cancel Nest Renew?

Hi, I tried to cancel Nest Renew, but there is no “Cancel” button available. I talked to CS and they assumed me that I had no Nest Renew subscription, but it was totally wrong. There is mo cancel button and I’ve never signed for the program. 

It shows that I was signed for it May 14 2024. There was no-one at home that day at all.

I have looked everywhere and there is no way to cancel Nest Renew, definitely no cancel button anywhere.  I just filled out that form and hope to hear from someone.  It's also interesting to hear all the people, including myself, that never signed up for Nest Renew but it somehow ended up on our thermostats.
