How to change Rush Hour times

Is there a way to change or manually set the Rush Hour time? Currently it activates 4-9 pm, during the hottest part of the summer day. I have enough solar panels to run my AC until at least 7 pm during the summer, so I don't want Rush Hour to disable my AC or set the thermostat at 4 pm. Can I have it activate at 6 or 7 pm?

I'm afraid that there is not a way to change or manually set a Rush Hour time but we're always open for ways to improve and we'll take this as feedback.
