Hi, I have a Nest Learning Thermostat, but I only know how to change the desire temperature in the room (i.e. 23° C) heated with a Baxi Luna Confort, but I'm not been able to change the temperature of the water in the boiler itself. If temperature of the water in the bolier is not hot enough, it may never reach the desire temperature of the room.

Thanks! Can’t I do that with the nest app? To do that in the nest itself is the same for me than going to the boiler and changing it.

Hi, I just tried but I'm required to provide a 8 digit PIN when choosing pro setup, where do I get that? It's not the password of the thermostat itself. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to us. The Pro Setup option for setting up your Nest Thermostat is only for our Nest Pro technician who is setting up your Nest Thermostat for you. In this, you have to select the 'Homeowner' option instead to proceed.

And is it possible then to change the temperatura of the boiler through the nest thermostat?

Yes, you can use the Nest app on your phone once you've successfully setup and paired the thermostat to it. Learn more of this by clicking this link of Beginner's guide to the Nest thermostat.

Hi, sorry but I'm still not able. I already have the app paired, can change the room temperature of course, but I don't see anywhere I can change the boiler temperature. And the solution proposed of changing it in the thermostat is only avaiable as a Pro user which I'm not. So then what do I do?
