How to connect Lennox 150SDPRNC2KT HRV to nest thermostat 4th gen

How to connect my old  Lennox 150SDPRNC2KT HRV to Nest thermostat 4th gen? It has 3 small wires ( Orange, Red and Black) on wall controller. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
