If you're using the same account, you can download the Nest app and log in there. However, if you've changed your account, you'll need to reset the account connection on your Google Nest Thermostat by following these steps:

On your thermostat device:

Go to Settings > Reset > Account Connection > and reset. Then you can add your thermostat.
