How to contact Order Management Team

How do I get in contact with the Order Management Team about a refund/replacement? They received my nest thermostat 3 months ago and every time I call in to get an update, they say the same thing; that it is in with order management team and there is no way to contact them. They keep saying “5 business days” and I don’t know what else to do. Google support hasn’t been able to help so I want to see if there could be another way.
