How to contact nest and get a reaction

W5 message. Reset won’t work and now have lost most of the functionality I paid for. Use the on line tool to try to get to support but just takes me back to the same place . How to I get this resolved please

The last option for this is replacement. Contact their support using this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest , then select Contact Us if you scroll down at the bottom of the page.
