How to download Nest Energy History?

Does anyone know how to download Nest Thermostat's Energy History?  Thanks,

Select nest, then multiple formats , then thermostat cycle times

I just tried it on Google Takeout for my Nest device.  It is suppose to ask me for the file type, frequency and the destination.  But, it asked only for the frequency (once or every 2 months for a year),  it doesn't ask me for the file type, but instead, it automatically assigned .zip file.  But the worst is that it does not ask for the destination.  How can I know where to file the exported file?  Thanks.  Rosina
