How to get a free Nest Power Connector

I am trying to set up a Google Nest thermostat.  During setup, the Google Home app said:

   "You need a free Nest Power Connector
   Because your home has an uncommon wiring setup, a Nest Power Connector or C wire is needed to deliver stable power to your thermostat."

The app did NOT offer a link or any other method to obtain the free Nest Power Connector.  How do I get one?

I found an Offers page in the app, but it says, "No offers quite yet".

There is a Help page that says there is a Feed option in the Google Home app that may have offers, but I do not see the Feed option.

I tried a chat with the Google Store, but they never answered (after an hour and a half).

Got the same issue, curious how did u end up solving this?

It is pending.  The Google Store sent an email saying the chat had been disconnected, but they wanted to follow up.  After I sent them an iPhone screenshot of the message from the Google Home app saying that I need a free Nest Power Connector, they said they would escalate.  I am hoping for a reply soon.

Google was very helpful to me.  They gave me a link and a code that enabled me to get the Nest Power Connector for free.

However, other customers might not receive the same favorable result.  The support representative said, "the cases are different for users and the resolution might vary."
