Where are you located? From North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, after you reset and reconnected your Nest Thermostat to the network, on the thermostat itself, kindly go to Settings > Nest App and select Entry Key to get it. You may check for the entry key at the back of your thermostat display, below the QR code. If you have a hard time reading your Nest Thermostat's entry key, take a picture with your phone’s camera, then open the picture in your photo app and zoom in.
On the other hand, you may setup your thermostat on the app by using the QR Code. The QR code’s location is found on the back of the battery compartment of your thermostat, or go to Settings > Nest app and select QR Code to scan it.
