How to unlock nest after tenants locked it?

Hello, my tenants put a lock pin on the nest. Now they are gone and I cannot unlock the nest. How can I factory reset the nest so I can use it again and so can the new tenants?

@Lyubkom, how's it going? Have you had a chance to contact our support team to unlock your Nest Thermostat? If you haven't yet, you need to locate the folder named "TechnicalInfo.PLIST" using your computer. Remove the thermostat display from its base and use a micro USB cable to pull up the file so we can move forward with resetting your thermostat manually.
