Nest thermostat overides my temp settings

Why does this stat always overide my manual settings?  It's costing me a fortune. How can I change this?

To disable all the smart features, go into your Nest App, Tap your Thermostat, go into Settings (upper right) and then turn all the features off.  Not, set your desired temperature, and see if this time it stays
