Hello Everyone,
I am following up with Google support to receive the RMA email in order to place an order for a replacement.
It has been two days, and I have not received the email. Support is unable to explain why the RMA email has not been sent. This situation is unacceptable. They have created multiple RMAs in an attempt to generate the RMA email, but I have not received any of them.
The issue has been escalated, but there have been no updates.
Based on this experience, I recommend against purchasing the Nest thermostat due to the inadequate support services and the product's issues.
