I can’t add my nest thermostat to my app

Hi- trying to setup my nest thermostat and keep on getting an error that the app is having trouble connecting to the assisting app and not sure why?

Are you getting a specific code on your Nest app when adding your Nest thermostat to your account? if yes, what is it? Also, what other Nest devices do you have on this same email address?

I need help as well, when i go to add the device it just tells me to set up in google home. They are already set up. I just need to add them to nest.
