I cannot get the Entry code from my Nest Thermostat - "... Connected to an Account"

Hi,

I cannot get the Entry code from my Nest Thermostat to link to my mobile.

I get this msg  "This thermostat is connected to an Account".

I was connect before, but lost the link, struggling to reconnect.

Any suggestions.

Try these steps:

  1. Factory reset the thermostat.
  2. If you haven’t already, download the correct app for your thermostat model.
    • Nest Thermostat E & Nest Learning Thermostat -> Nest app
    • Nest Thermostat -> Google Home app
  3. Follow the steps in the app.
