Nest Pro ID is information from the local HVAC professional who installed your Google Nest Thermostat for you. Was your Nest Thermostat installed by a local HVAC professional? If yes, you could contact the local HVAC professional who installed your thermostat for you to get the Nest Pro ID. If no, what is exactly you're trying to get through on the thermostat that requires you a Nest Pro ID?
