I looked through the compatibility checker and I think it will work but not sure about the C wire?  New to the community and hope to be ordering up a Nest Thermostat soon so pardon the noob question.  Thank you for your time.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. Based on the photos of the wires from your current thermostat, this is a heat pump system. This should be compatible on the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen with the 2nd stage heating white wire.
The correct wiring configuration for that in Nest thermostat is the following:

Yellow wire on Y1
Red wire on RC or RH
Blue wire on C
Green wire on G
Orange wire on O/B
Brown wire on W1
White wire on W2
