Please make sure that the Nest app or the Google Home app is up-to-date. You can verify it in the App Store, or try uninstalling and reinstalling it to boost it. Then, go to your phone's settings to clear the app's cache. Restart your phone and thermostat to make sure they sync before logging in again to the app.
