I want to permanently disable Seasonal Savings.

This setting is causing a ton of trouble for me. My thermostat will not respond to changes from the Nest app on my iPhone. I don't want Seasonal Savings on ever. I know my house. I know when it is too hot or too cold. It's great to be able to change my personal settings: me, not some algorithm somewhere. I have to get up and manually change the setting. The phone app will not work.
