Incorrect room temp.

Having returned from holiday, switched heating on to get house cosy for return. Next day temp shown for room is much higher than actual temp. Heating is actually on even though it shouldn't be ie sensor shows room at 22 degrees, heating set to 18 degrees but heating still on. Considering reset.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

A few things to check for us to further isolate the issue. How many Nest Temperature Sensors do you have? Have you tried to restart your Nest Thermostat? Also, check your temperature schedule, it's possible that it is only following the set schedule for the temperature.
