Just installed my nest 3, trying to set it up, but it keeps shutting down as I'm trying to get the code

Since your Nest thermostat might have a low battery, I recommend charging it for 1 hour using a USB cable. You can use any USB cable.

Here's how to find the entry code if you need it after charging:

1. Go to Settings on your thermostat.
2. Select the Nest app option.
3. Tap Get entry key.
