I have a heat pump, and installed the wiring in the corresponding places that were on the old thermostat. Everything seemed well until I ran the test and was getting normal feeling air rather than actual heat. Tried switching the O/B connections that didn’t work and I tried re-stripping the wires that also did not work. I’m in Md. currently in the middle of winter. Any suggestions would be awesome.
