Installed c wires now heat stays on

Anyone has this issue my wires had to install c wires but now heat stays on I shut power to boiler but continues is there a possibility that the c wiring is installed wrong in this pic Two black wires connect to W and two orange connect to R from old honey well but did exact connections to nest with C wiring installation everything seemed fine but heat continues

First thing I notice is that wire looks like ethernet cable not thermostat cable.

Normally there is only 1 wire to each terminal so whoever ran ethernet cable must have used 2 wires because the wire is so thin so they doubled it up.

Did you run a new wire from the heating system to provide a C wire?

What kind of heating system is this? Do you have pictures of the wires at the heating system so we can see where you connected a C wire?

With a 2-wire heat-only system, you must have a C wire.

How is the thermostat cable wired at the boiler end?
