Installing Nest Power connector, no C terminal on boiler

My home was built in 2001 and has 2 heating zones, no cooling.  The floor 1 thermostat is digital and has just two wires - Rh and W.  The floor 2 thermostat is analog, and also has two wires.  I would like to install Nest Thermostats on both floors.

I need help understanding how and where to install my Nest Power Connector in my home.  My boiler control board does NOT have a C terminal I can use, so I am happy to purchase an external 24V transformer like this one.

My main road-block is placing it correctly so that it powers both thermostats in my home.  I do not understand at all how my two zones are configured, but I can see where all the wires go and I'm confident I could complete the install if I could just get someone with some expertise to tell me what is what.

Here is a link to pictures of the two control boards on my boiler as well as a mysterious 3rd component that appears to splice together 4 different 24V wires.  Can you help me make sense of this?  Thank you!

Hi nmk0115,

Thanks for reaching out to us. If your boiler has no C terminal and you're trying to install a Nest Power Connector, I highly recommend you contact a pro to safely and professionally install it for you since your case is considered a complex system following this Pro Installation Guide.

Let us know if that helps.

Best,

Zoe
