Installing Nest Thermostat

A few issues on my replacement install of a 4 wire system:

1) Nest kept shutting down after it told me the date and time are incorrect.  Does it repeatedly.

2) The unit keeps blinking yellow and green.

3) The unit keeps saying to unplug the thermostat and replug it back in repeatedly.

It just seems like a repeating of all above issues each time.  I'm getting ready to return it.  Any suggestions.

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
