Is a 4 gen thermostat compatible?

My current thermostat has a green, white, blue, and red cable but I don’t see a C cable. The red one has a label that reads Rr/RC. The red one has like another wire or staple looking wire going to the C input. Would a nest thermostat be compatible?

if your current thermostat is a previous model of a nest learning thermostat then the Google nest GEN four thermostat will also work in the same way without a C wire.
