Based on the wire connector letters on the existing thermostat the Nest Learning Thermostat (or the new Nest Thermostat) should work. You can always use the Compatibility Checker to be sure. Find the link on the page below:

It's hard to determine the color of the wires in the image, but it looks like maybe there could be multiple wires with the same or similar color. Be sure the put a label on the wires before disconnecting your old thermostat.
