Is my Mitsubishi PAR-40MAAU able to be replaced with nest learning thermostat?

I am wondering if my current thermostat can be replaced or rewired to install the Nest Learning Thermostat.

It seems that your systems are likely proprietary. Proprietary systems aren't compatible with Nest Thermostats. However, some systems like this can be rewired by a Nest Pro installer or an HVAC technician to be compatible.
