Is my home compatible with Nest Thermostat?

The checker is saying it's incompatible, but I'm not sure if I'm submitting the information correctly. Can someone confirm?

It has an orange wire in W - O/B, so heat pump?

White - Aux/E

Green - G

Orange - O/B

Blue - C

Yellow - Y

Red - R

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? What is the make and model of your HVAC system? And could you send us a photo of your previous thermostat wiring configuration and a photo of how you connected the wires to the Nest Thermostat base?
