Is my system compatible with Nest thermostat?

Hi. Anyone would know if my system is compatible to any of the Nest thermostats, please? See photo attached.

Are there two thermostat cables in there?  It looks like maybe there is one cable with red and white.  And another cable with red, white (unused), blue, green and yellow.  Anyway, because you have two R wires , one each for Rc and Rh you likely will need the Learning Thermostat.

Thanks for getting back to us, marcog. I can confirm that your dual-fuel system, based on the wiring configuration of your current thermostat, is compatible with a Nest Learning Thermostat. Please make sure to follow the same wiring setup with the appropriate terminals.
