Is my thermostat compatible for a nest?

I did a compatibility test but it suggested a support call. Before I do that will someone let me know if they think it’s compatible 

Rh Rc Y1 C (W1/E) W2 O C

a blue white from rh-rc

red to Rc

yellow to Y1

green to C

copper wire from w1-w2

orange to o

blue to c

thats the situation

From what you listed, it looks mostly compatible since you’ve got Rc, Y1, C, and O wired, but the W1/W2 setup is a bit unusual and is likely why the Nest test pushed you to support worth confirming heating type before proceeding, similar to how setup checks matter in to avoid config issues later.
