Hi folks,
@Rlee, thanks for the follow-up information. Your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation. Below is an image on how you should connect your thermostat wires to the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation's base.
You won't need to connect the thermostat wires that go to the LED terminal of your current thermostat since they are not needed anymore. Also, here's a guide for the installation and set-up of a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation.
