Nest Thermostat stuck in “Starting Soon”

Wanted to start my AC for the first time today and when I set my Nest (installed April 2023) to cool it gets stuck on this “Starting Soon” and a two minute count down on the device face that restarts over and over. 

 

I pulled the batteries to reset it, not sure what else to try. It didn’t do this on the heat setting.

I am having the same trouble. Following!

 

I have the exact same problem.  Never happened with heat and/or AC last year.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let's sort this out.  

It appears to be a power-related concern, which is why it loops back to the "Starting soon" message. A few questions: Is this a first-time installation? If so, when did you install it? Does it show in the heating mode as well? Also, please check the power readings in the actual thermostat's Equipment settings and gather the Power Info and Wiring Info.

Good evening, the thermostat was installed 1.5 years ago. IDK if it’s in heating mode as well.  The power test and wiring info come back normal.  This has only started recently as we’ve been using the AC. Thank in advance for any help.
