Issues with setting up my Nest thermostat after changing phones

I’m having to reset my nest thermostat E as I’ve just recently changed phones. However, I’m coming up against a few issues as the thermostat unit itself. Despite being reset several times it will only show a screen that has a house in an oblong with an arrow pointing down above it and won’t let me do anything else with it. Does anybody have any suggestions? Please

Oh! That seems like a conversation icon—an interesting view for the Nest Thermostat display. But I appreciate you reporting this to us. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Can you share with us a photo of it? Also, could you try to tap and hold its screen or the button for 10 seconds until it shuts down? This would restart your thermostat to refresh.
