It's on cool but it's blowing heat

We installed thermostat 2 says ago 

And 1st dat it was working okay however we hear the AC more it's louder after we changed to nest thermostat 

Also on the 2nd day it's not colling it's very hot inside 

We use to keep the temperature at 74 that was very comfortable  but now with nest we have to keep on 67 to get the same room temperature 

We need assistance here
