Your current thermostat is compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen, and other Nest thermostats.

Try this wiring.

Blue - C to C

Red - RH to Rc (jumper to RC not needed)

White - W/E to W1

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1
