Just installed my nest thermast, look like we need a C power adapter

Device mentioned we need a c adapter due to lower voltage which may cause power instability.  Per instructions the c adapter should be free i required.   How to go about ordering the free  adapter?

@Saulov ,

Do you any unused wires in your cable. Typically unused conductor wires, if any, the technician typically wraps them around the outer part of the cable.
if you have a spare conductor wire, it is far easier to add one wire to use as your common wire then to install a power adapter.

dont see any, wondering if I can get a Nest power connector, looks like the unit was attempting to take me to site when we can request the power connector, but then powered off, and the link never appeared again.  it keeps displaying the message the there may be wifi disruptions is the power connector is not installed.  should I just send back the unit, it was expensive

@Saulov , The Nest Thermostat meeds its battery charged.  You can take the display off the wall by pulling straight and not tilting. Then on the back of the display you find a USB port. Just plug into a charger you use for your phone.  Leave on the charger for several hours.
Once it is charged place it back onto the wall backplate.  The wifi will work again and you will get the code you nerd to order the Nest Power Adapter.
