Out of the blue after a recent install(2 week), Thermostat lost Wi-Fi connection and showed inactive on Nest and Google Home app. Have restarted/reset/unplugged several times and during setup, cannot see the existing working 2.4 or 5 Wi-Fi networks. After conducting a manual set without Wi-Fi, the unit does not properly control the functions to permit cooling and actually heats instead. All wires are connected as they were during the initial setup which was working perfect for about 2weeks. Is it possible the new thermostat has a software malfunction
