I'm having the same issue, and I've worked through the Troubleshooting guide on the help website.  Have you had any luck?

I have two Nest Premium learning thermostats - one connects perfectly to my meshed wifi network, and the one that's actually closer to the router is not finding any wifi signals at all (not mine, nor the other eight or so around us).

@nunnkind, do you still need help with this? If yes, when did this start happening? Any specific message or code you're getting on your Nest app or thermostat display when attempting to connect your Nest thermostat to  your Wi-Fi network? Also, what steps have you already tried?

Hi MelbaDT,

Thanks for following up.  I have followed all of the steps on the Google Nest Help site, including resetting the modem & wifi router, resetting the Nest (I don't have an option to reset the Network on the Nest itself).  I believe it might be a hardware issue at this point, since the other Nest thermostat I have (further away from the router) is connecting normally to the network, and I'm not having network issues with anything else in the house.

I've thought about interference, as well, but the thermostat is located within 15 feet of our wireless mesh extender, so I don't think it's an interference issue.

I'm hoping to get the hardware replace/repaired, but those are not options on the troubleshooting sites.

Sorry  - just realized I missed your initial questions:

This started about two weeks ago (so, approximately 2/8/22.  The error message is "Network not connected," and when I search for a wifi signal, the Nest cannot find any signals - although on other devices, there are about 8 or 9 to choose from in the area.
