I have had my vivint panel, camera and thermostat for over a year. Recently, I locked my thermostat so the kids couldn’t charge it. When I try to unlock it to adjust settings, it no longer accepts my pin and tells me it’s the wrong pin, but it’s not. I have always adjusted the thermostat through the vivint app or on the thermostat itself. I reached out to vivint and they said I needed to make adjustments through nest app. I didn’t even know it was a nest thermostat. So I download the app and attempt to register the thermostat but the thermostat has to be unlocked for me to do so 🤨😐🥴
