Locked out. Lost pin. No internet

Cant remember pin. Just moved.  And my thermostat isnt connected to the network.  Please help

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with unlocking your Nest Thermostat. Could you try connecting your Nest Thermostat to your computer and check if you can see a PLIST file?

Hello Edward.  Yes, I have the .plist file... do u need it? I dont see a way to attach it if u need it.
