I lost my thermostat in my app. How do I get it back? I tried logging in again but it is acting like I’m adding a new thermostat. Do I have to reset and start all over?
I think it might have occurred after a little earthquake we had.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Do you have multiple home structures? If yes, try to check different home structures to see if your thermostat is in there. Also, ensure that you log in to the right account. Check the app if it has your correct email used for the device.
