My Nest Thermostat every few weeks shows a low battery warning. I test the battery and they are fine. The work around I use is to pull out the Nest Thermostat wait a minute and plug it back. This makes the battery warning disappear. Is this normal? How do I avoid getting the low battery message?

Hi Zdhananjay,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your thermostat initially showed a low battery message, but then it disappeared. This can sometimes happen due to a weak internet signal, which can drain the battery. If the low battery message reappears on your thermostat, please let me know. Additionally, to provide the best troubleshooting steps, I'll need to know what Nest thermostat you have: is it the Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Thermostat 2020 or Nest Thermostat E?
I will be waiting for your response.
Regards,
Manuel
