We got a nest thermostat with the view of being more flexible for us. Seems like a mistake....
We can only schedule start times, no durations or off times. The result? An extra $150 per month on top of what was a $250 per month bill because the ac NEVER TURNS OFF!
we have tried different schedules, temps, nothing works, it's in all the time.
A simple duration or off schedule would fix it and no before you suggest it google, I don't want to use the 'off when away from home', I work from home and only want a simple straight forward on off schedule system that has been around and worked for years.... what's the deal with no off schedule or duration setting?
