Minimum time for heating and water

When are google going to set the increments for water to 15 mins instead of 30.

Plus heating to 15mins instead of 60 mins, it is very frustrating not having these options.

I am now looking at getting rid of Nest and changing to Hive as nest does not meet my requirements especially during the current energy crisis.
