My Gen 3 Nest pro is not able to find any networks

My Nest Thermostat is not finding any networks. I have tried to reset my modem and I have gone through all the suggested troubleshooting tips. I have even tried to turn my mobile hot spot on with my cell phone and it has not found that either. Not sure where to go. Any advise??

I had something similar, and just do the usual, reboot your phone and the Thermostat. You also got to make sure your router has connectivity to internet.
