My Nest Thermostat won’t connect to Wi-Fi or app. I’ve reset router, reset and recharged thermostat

I’ve followed the trouble shooting multiple times. I’ve reset my router. I’ve plugged in and recharged the nest device multiple times. I’ve fully reset and restarted the nest multiple times. Still won’t connect to Wi-Fi or app. It keeps losing power. This tells me maybe it’s wasting power searching to connect to Wi-Fi. The wires are all powered and working correctly.  I may need to buy another thermostat

I want to check and see if you are still in need of any help. If so, please answer the following: 

 

  1. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  2. Is the thermostat display working?
  3. How far away is the thermostat from the router?
  4. Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?

 

Also, to further check your Nest Thermostat's connectivity, please connect it to a mobile hotspot and let me know how it goes.
